Return & Refund Policy

SJ Farma / gragor.com take pride in giving our customers the best. There will be times that you may not be happy with our quality and services. Please drop an email directly to our Chief Executive Officer ceo@sjfarma.com. Either he or his assistant will get back to you within 3 – 5 working days. We want to ensure we always improve our products and services to enhance customer’s confidence.

 

Returns:

  1. If your item arrives faulty during transit or faulty, with manufacturing defects and doesn’t match the original listing, you can return it for a refund. We require you to check your package, open and inspect the item before you sign to accept from the delivery boy.  Please take photos and email to support@sjfarma.comwithin 5 days from the date of goods received. We will not entertain any return of this nature should you respond after 5 days. Our support team will advise you on what and how to do next.
  2. Clause as the above number 1 which states that item received as faulty during transit or faulty, with manufacturing defects and doesn’t match the original listings are not returnable for exchange. You can return the item for a refund instead and we will refund you including the cost of shipping. A full refund will be made once we received the returned product for inspection by our quality team. You can place a new order with us again. For domestic and international orders, please refer to our support team at the email and contact below.
  3. If you received the item without any manufacturing defects, damaged during transit, or matching the original listing, should you consider returning the item without any valid reasons, or you change your mind about purchasing the item, the return of the item should be done within 30 days from the point of goods received. The item should be returned in its’ original showroom new condition with all parts, accessories and box intact. The return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer (applies for both domestic and international buyers). Any Custom duties, port/custom clearance and handling charges applied will be at the buyer’s cost too (for international buyers only).  A 20% re-stocking fee may apply only for international buyers.
  4. Due to hygiene purposes, selected items are not allowed to be returned. Please check the listing descriptions carefully as an indicator “NOT RETURNABLE” will be shown. We hope for your kind understanding. Please contact us should you have questions regards this.
  5. Warehouse Sale and Clearance Sale items are not returnable for refund.  

 

How to do a return:

  1. Download and fill in a “Goods Return Application Form”, attach photos of the faulty/damaged/defected goods and email to support@sjfarma.comwithin 5 days from the receiving date. We will not accept returns should we not receive the goods return form after 5 days.
  2.   3. Wait for our support’s team email response for a “CREDIT NOTE” number and approval. Download this “CREDIT NOTE” print 1 copy and attached it with the item package for return and ship package to the following address:

    4. After shipping out your package to us, please email the returning package’s shipping tracking number and also the “CREDIT NOTE” number to support@sjfarma.com.

    5.Your refund should be in your account concerning your original order mode of payment within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned package. No cash refund will be entertained. Should you not receive the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact support or email us your details again.
