Gragor delivers to almost every part of the world. Orders received will be processed within 24-36 hours during office hours from Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1730 hours (GMT +8). It’s impossible to cancel any orders, should the order is shipped out. Tracking number will be provided within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

We have 2 shipping facilities, one from Malaysia (for Gragor products mainly) and the other is from our associate manufacturers in mainland China.

Shipping takes within 3-7 business days from Malaysia to most locations worldwide with shipping methods shown below. Free shipping methods may take within 7-40 days depending on the buyer’s selected shipping methods/country/region/area. Some locations may experience delivery delays which is the result of Covid-19 lockdowns. MAKE SURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

Due to the current Covid-19 worldwide pandemic, EMS and postal services were disrupted in Malaysia and we are unable to ship certain Gragor products worldwide. Shipping methods/services from our facilities in China are not disrupted by the pandemic.

For security reasons, all major credit cards, debit card orders can only be delivered to your card billing address. Only wire transfer, telegraphic transfer, direct bank cash transfer orders are allowed to ship to a different address/location.
